饮食和运动结合,多吃新鲜的蔬菜尤其是叶菜类和菌菇类,水果每天不要超过200克,不要吃煎炸,高油高糖食品,饭前喝碗清汤或吃点水果,可以减少热量的摄入,同时增加饱腹感,有利于减少热量的摄入。主食选粗粮杂豆和薯类,少吃精米白面,同时每天至少运动半小时,走路,跑步,深蹲,仰卧起做,俯卧撑,游泳,打球等等都可以
